Hémimorphite - minéraux à cristaux

L'HEMIMORPHITE appartient au groupe des silicates-sorosilicates. Elle contient du zinc et du silicium.
L'Hémimorphite présente des cristaux prismatiques, mais elle peut être aussi mamelonnée, rayonnante, massive ou fibreuse. L'éthymologie de l'Hémimorphite est en rapport avec la forme de ses cristaux : "demi" et "forme" qui décrit des sommets de cristaux à  deux apex (sommet).
La couleur de l'Hémimorphite varie autour du blanc au bleu-vert en passant par le jaune.
